Extremely pathetic service, don't go. The sales staff is highly unprofessional ,rude, impolite and disgusting.if you don't want to ruin your mood avoid going there. try another shops in sadar bazar.
Staffs are good, but this brand service is not appreciable because there is not any artisan to any kind of changes if you need. Investing so much money you have to go other where to service.

There is ready-made jewelry at this shop and they don't have multiple choices to select the any kind of jewelry.
When we go to buy something precious, we carry a thought that this precious item will be available at a very sophisticated place, and in a very comfortable and a luxurious kind of showroom....... that's where we start feeling disappointed in the case of p p jewellers gurugram.
Firstly access to the shop is through narrow and congested lanes full of slow crawling traffic and small petty vendors blocked sides of the roads.
Secondly even when you reach nearby you have to spend time on finding a parking for your car.
Thirdly, even the variety available in the showroom is not as vast as in other showrooms of p p jewellers or even other popular jewellery showrooms.
Fourth thing I want to thank all the staff of the showroom for their courtesy, cooperation and their services with smiling faces all through.
I feel, it's now on the management of p p jewellers to find what best can be done to overcome the problems that their customers are facing.

Poor services from staff. I asked a servicewoman about the reason of high gold price whereas on internet and newspaper price was low for today and she just unattentively told me that market price is always higher than the rate coming on internet or newspaper and turned her back in mid conversation. They cannot even justify the cost they are charging and do not attend customers neatly.
