We bought a ring with other gold ornaments whose stones fell out within days. Since they were bought for marriage purposes we could not return them that time & went after 3 months. The behaviour of the male staff was quite arrogant & very weird in terms of exchanging the product as if they were doing us a favour by accepting that useless product they sold us before. We were surprised to see the tables turn this way! No responsibility of subpar quality product at all. Pathetic! Not going to buy from here anymore!
