Pozhikara Beach - Tourist attraction in Paravur - Kollam, India

The beach is super clean and good even at midnights. The big merit is that if you wanna just sit and relax the fresh air the feel of sitting at a beach peacefully, it's what your looking for as comparing to Kollam and Kappil beach, it is less crowded, the best time to visit is between 10pm and 1am, there are street dogs in the area but are friendly and not harmful

Just love the place. Its far better than kollam beach, if you love a peaceful and relaxing experience. There are some small shops to buy snacks and all but ain't much. The beach side road is awesome for bicycling. The beach is crowded on weekends and its nice that time too. There is a place called " pozhi" kind of an estuary. It is also worth checking out. I don't recommend visiting the beach after sunset. Don't know, becomes very much deserted.

Good vibes. Amazing atmosphere.. great calm beach. The rock wall gives you an infinity view of the sea. The meet place of killi river and sea is a great spot. Only issue is the plastic and waste deposit the river carries. Adequate measures should be taken to recycle them not for the visiting people, but for the residents there. Overall great place. Recommended. !

Beautiful colour of the sea water! Very clean water unlike Mumbai. But the beach is littered with plastic bottles, etc.

Beach# unlike other beaches in kollam there is facility to sit on cement seats and watch the sea.
