Very bad experience and horrible.... nurses experience very bad.... they are not concern about patient. my mother admitted in hospital with case of hip fracture. She cannot be able do daily activities (urination) calling for nurses they are not responding . 1, very very bad experience from nurses side( not responding for call bell). Bed stay patient if nurses are not attent call bell for the patient basic things very bad FOR THE NURSE EDUCATOR - PLEASE ARRANGE CLASS FOR NURSES ABOUT PATIENT NEEDS 2, Room are not clean( Full mosquitoes) 3 Doctors are good experienced and well trained
The hospital provided excellent care during my short-term stay. The medical staff was attentive and compassionate, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay.
Very bad experience i had faced with this hospital few months back. The PRO is arrogant , rude and did not shown any empathy towards the patient. She is lacking training how to deal with conflicts and problems. Insurance desk there is no cash less schemes and they need to be competitive with other PVT Hospitals in terms of services , Hospitality and quality. Other health staffs are very much cooperative and Helpful. Hope the senior management will look in to these matters , Regards
Fortunately and unfortunately my family and I have had to come to poyanil hospital several times with recurring complaints, most of the time we come to the ER. I must say that for for every visit Dr Jayzel Sheriff , the ER doctor has been kind and helpful to me and my family. He makes sure to explain everything to us despite the rush time. My family and I are very satisfied with his approach and highly appreciates him for the doctor he is. It's very humbling to see doctors like him.
I was taken into emergency and i saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful.Their priority was to take care of arisen emergency,which they did with extreme care.Also,the beds were clean and the services were very affordable.I was very Impressed with the services provided.Highly recommended!

Uff horrible experience recently i had in this hospital. My father was admitted to this hospital and we took multibed room. Washroom they wont clean properly using solution. The house keeping staff simply come and do something for sake and goes. Waste bin green for food waste and blue for plastic i guess but blue bin kept for food waste. In hospital washroom is the most unhygienic and many patients come and go if it not been cleaned through the bystander also get ill after that. Fed up and left the hospital and found something better. Also thousand tests eg yesterday blood test taken and today also again even yesterday results are fine if ur ill. I dont know this is right understand doesn't make sense whn visited another hospital Nurses taking care very well and really appreciate it. Decided not to visit anymore here
