One of the best gym in Seawoods. Very good for beginners as it is less crowded as compared to other gyms in the area. The price is affordable too. The management is very friendly if asked for any help. Sameer is really a good trainer.

In my experience "Powerplex fitness" is the best Gym in town. All equiement are available, Nice ambience, PT are good & providing good training to build physic...Please join us with poweplex team.

Small space and crowded. Too much interference and not much freedom. They play the wrong music for the gym, so not getting the gym vibe.

It has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.

Extremely pathetic service experienced. No one cares to even guide for any training. Only one has to use treadmill or cycle on his own. Without PT paying annual fees is just a total waste of money. A beginner cannot continue for more than 4 to 5 days . Only timely activity is to ask for fees.
