Now it's entirely Shutdown 2022 in salt lake kolkata last month , I was very good customer but Mr Anirban gives wrong Deals with me 9 lacks Rupees Gym Equipment .2 Trademill, 4 cycle,2 cross trainers, and lots of Equipment s, but . pls Don't go to powermax it's closed.
The delivery was really fast, was delivered within two days to my location. Also during the sale the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. The installation and demo was good too. The entire installation and demo part took around 1 hour.
Purchase to delivery everything went on smooth as per the commitment.Ms.madhusree from the sales team has been interacting continuously and answered all the queries with lot of patience and even the delivery person amit was also good & gave demo on the product. Appreciate the sanitisation on pre installation of the product.I hope the service also remains with the same standard...overall satisfactory purchase.
I had a very good experience with PoweMax Fitness. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The best part was their patience with everything. They didn't push me and let me take my own time. Prompt service and delivery. The sales representative Sunanda was very knowledgeable and guided me to get the right treadmill.
Super fast service. Problem was reported and the very next day the issue was checked. A board needed to be replaced. No questions no trouble. It was done. Very happy with the team servicing. Extremely polite service people as well. Great experience.
Machine I cannot comment. Only time will tell. But so far I got excellent response. What is excellent? I define it below 1. Immediate call back to my phone when their number was busy when I called. 2. Proper explanation of product. But here I shall add..do your homework before visit because nobody will tell you all. You will have to ask always. 3. On time delivery and installation and demo. 4. Last but most amazing. This type of professionalism of their installation I had not expected in Bengal where people talk more work less. Baban and his partner were fast, talked nothing extra, was totally focussed on installation and full explanation exhibiting a total professionalism which we have come to experience in other metros. Keep it up.
They will provide you with faulty equipment and won't give u any service after that . They have given me a faulty treadmill time of installation they said they will change the part in a month it's been 1 year they haven't contacted me and whenever I contact them no response very disappointed I highly recommend you not buy from this shop
