I used to do my routine workout everyday evening at tha gym .The epuipment's were excellent and the trainer was very ferindly and supporting and guiding me during tha workout

Kindly don't take personal trainings here if you are overweight otherwise slip disc and nerve compression will welcome you because trainers don't know at which weight what exercise should be avoided. Rest your wisdom

This is my First gym and the Experience was very good... Never felt like I was first time in a gym ... Trainers are exceptionally good. My Favourite among them is Sagar Sir.
