AC Hall too along with non AC. Rudra Mishra is a Supportive Trainer. He is much friendly.
Economy fees is really economy if you're taking a year membership.
A functional Swimming Pool is there.
You've to pay over Rs1000/ month for pool.
Still changing Room of the Pool needs improvement.
Gym Manager and trainers are supportive

One of best gym in locality.... separate cardio section. Along with good weight training equipments are available...special mention to Arpit bhaiya who will guide you through entire weight training session
The best place in the area for gym-goers. Almost all the required equipments and machines are available. Gym trainer is also very supportive. And the owner of the gym, who also gives training here, is very good in helping you the right exercise for you and the diet plans. Overall, if you really want to spend some time to make your body well maintain, you must go there.

In the present scenario I never seen this type of gym. So many indore games available in this gym like table tennis, pool etc. And very friendly and professional behaviour of trainers. All safety equipments available in this zym .
The place is very good you will really enjoy and learn swimming easily I learnt swimming very fast here and the gym facilities are also very good there are seperate timings for ladies and gents both in gym and swimming
It's cheap... having gym on 2 different floor's.... the gym on ground floor cost 600 per month.... Having good machines and installed AC.... and the gym on 2nd floor is lot more cheaper than other one... just 250 per month... but with no AC and incomplete machines....
