Most powerful yoga institute with great understanding of techniques and besic methods behind any aashan or need behind specific aashan (meditation, balancing, strength buildup, streching and many more). "keshica mam" Great Trainner/mentor, she put all their best efforts to bring best out of you. I just joined a 4 month ago it and I feel great. She have very good understanding and knowledge of checking individual's capabilities and strength due to age factor, many other factors which required to take care to avoid injuries. Great institute to get start your fitness journey. Good work keep it up @Poweryogastudio...!
I have been doing Yoga for the past 2 months and the instructor our keshica mam is truly a gifted, intuitive healer excellent yoga instructor dedicated n caring also. Each session, they knew what my body needed and guided me on how better work for relaxation and indeed continually build on my practice. Most importantly keep learning yoga is a good vibes. I have joined Yoga classes before a month. I got lots of benefits after joining. Trainer is really good and enthusiastic. I can feel freshness through out my day. Earlier my body was quite stiff, but after joining I can see improvement in movement. I feel more energetic in my work also. I would strongly recommend others to join this class.

Power yoga by Payal and Mital has enhanced my experience of exercise in routinr life. Everyone is so psoitive and supportive here. I had a new zeal for life after i joined the class. Yoga practice made me more focused in my career and regular exercises made me energetic enough to pursue my aspirations. Totally amazing experience. Love you, Payal di!! You feel special. Though it is a group practice, i never felt like i was left out. Everybody is individually attended to. Regualr bmi checks and other practices. Its not just a class, its a healing centre!!
