Power of one fitness is one of the best gyms in Anand, Gujarat. I have taken personal training program (under Arjun Sir). The trainers are very attentive and skillful. I would highly recommend Power Of One Fitness gym.

Best Gym in My Town...! The Trainers are very professional towards their job. Getting fit is TOUGH. But with a great trainer, it becomes way less overwhelming. Trainers are the people who give advice, guidance, and support when you go to the gym. They give you clear instructions and show you what works and what doesn't. I m very thankful to Arjun Sir who is my personal trainer who helped me to achieve my goal.

First of all, the instructors Arjun Sir and Kathan Sir are always super helpful and friendly. Their knowledge of fitness and their ability to effectively coach is very commendable. The gym itself is very well-maintained and is equipped with all the necessary machines. Would honestly recommend it to everyone wanting to get fit!

Really it's very nice place to body workout.gym space small but arrange very nicely and training and trainers very nice conduct all guys .i am very happy i m part of power of one fitness gym.

You will read almost in the reviews of each and every gym of Anand-Vidhyanagar that "The best gym in the town". But in reality we know that they are not good enough. However, from my personal experience of the Power of one fitness gym and then comparing it with the other gyms of many cities(Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Mumbai) I would say that this is really the best gym I have ever been to. Forget the modern equipment, each and every gym has it nowadays, but what makes this gym special and unique is the people running it. They are nice and best in business with the humanitarian approach. Equipment are nice and well maintained. Gym is clean and have changing room and washroom. Cleanliness and hygiene is given the utmost priority. And all these things at very affordable price
