Before joining, I was thinking ambiguously how it would be, how the trainer be. But after joining the GYM, I can see the differences between this gym with others. The trainer sir is excellent helpful and provides tips and gives attention towards each candidate. This behavior I liked the most. After going through 3 months, I can see much changes in me, weight is balanced, feel more energetic, my diabetes level also balanced. Trainer sir is also providing diet tips which is most important aligned with the excercises. Though the gym you will see little small, but The gym has equipped with enough instruments. The owner sir is also friendly and will guide you compatable way if trainer sir is absent(Emergency cases). I will definitely suggest you guys to join and feel the changes behold yourself here. Thanks trainer sir again and appreciating your effort a lot.
