Been working out in this gym for over a year now. And these are my views:
Pros :
-Equipment quality is average; has most of the basic equipment
-Membership is slightly high considering the service provided (but manageable)
-Drinking water is available
-Separate washroom and change room available for males and females.
-Adjustable benches, plenty of barbells, weight plates and dumbbells available in a diverse weight range (1kg-50kg)
-Has bike parking space outside the gym
-Stationary bike, treadmill, battle ropes available for high intensity cardio
Cons :
-No trainer available. So lack of guidance for newbies.
-Poor ventilation. Air-conditioning remains mostly switched off. One has to ask them multiple times to put it on.
-Usually crowded in the evenings (7-8.30 pm)
-Lack of maintenance (Leg press machine is down since a year and they don't bother to get it fixed. Smith machine requires lubrication)
-Limited floor space
-Plates, barbells and dumbbells are scattered all over coz most people don't rerack them (so be careful when walking)
-Time limit for using a treadmill (only 15 min)
-Lack of accessories: resistance bands, kettlebells, foam rollers, etc.
-Gym remains closed on all festivals and holidays (personally, the most frustrating thing about this gym)
A fantastic gym with good workout environment
Very friendly staff and the best gym
The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome.The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. It is such a joy working out here. The overall vibe is great. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won't be disappointed

Well maintained Gym with experienced staff. I would say the vibe of this Gym is Powered where a great output can be created out of yourself.

A nice place to workout, it is very busy from 6-8am in the morning, equipments are average, trainers are good .

I'm a newbee and like any other, every newbee needs a trainer/teacher for handholding during the initial phase. And this gentleman is genuinely interested in your well being.
So when you do your trial run
S Gym is a great place to workout if you are looking to lose weight or bulk up. Satish who is the manager cum trainer is very friendly and focuses on members individually providing good guidance on exercises and diet.
