This is a must go. I usually don't for places I do for the first time but this is worth it, to get a power packed motivational start for your fitness journey this is a better option. Mr Haider is specially helpful 'if' you are healthy and self motivated. Thank you for such a good experience by the way.

Good for self training and physical activities. No one will going to guide you, you have to ask again and again to know the exact way of doing the activities.

It's nice place workout and cardio & nice and humble trainer make sure you visit it

More of a trashed gym worst place to exercise and almost no equipment ( at least can't call those things equipment)
