I bought a new Hero Xpulse 200 4v from this dealer.They cheated me by providing ordinary hemlet instead of premier helmet.They don't know how to deal with the customer .They also provide me bike cover which is very cheap and they didn't provide me seat cover.I will never buy anything from this showroom.I request you guys don't buy Hero because they are not customer friendly.I complained about this but they are not listening.If you are buying a new bike then they will wash the bike and handover to you but they didn't do that in my case.So disappointed by their activity.They should provide me premier helmet rather than ordinary one .They are thinking that helmet ia free actually it is not free it is the part of bike .Train your employees dear Hero ...

Very small Hero showroom. Went there for Xpulse 200 testdrive, but athey only to testride the bike on the showroom premises, which is very disappointing. The offer worst resale value for our other brand bikes if we try to exchange the bike there.

They charged a very high labour charge. We can do these repairing works half of these charges in a local workshop.

Had paid service of my Hero Achiever on last monday, but they never attended my fuel gage indicator even this repeated service, labour charges charged slight heavily even the perfection of service not came up to the mark as per Hero Standards. They not even communicates the same at the time of delivery of vechicle. This was informed to the tele caller excutive when the feed back taken.
