Ordered a full plate of chicken tandoori from here which consists of 12 chicken tandoori pieces according to the server there. We recieved 4 pieces less than promised. In contacting the shop about this, they said that for "on the go" orders, they provide with 8 pieces only, when we explicitly told them to pack 12 pieces and even paid for that. They handed us our order and even confirmed that the box contains 12 pieces. When opened, it had only 8. The shop refused to deliver even though, we paid the full price of a 12 pieces chicken tandoori plate. This was a horrific tactic that they pulled and not only ruined our trust but also felt disrespectful to the hard earned money that I use to provide for my family. Not at all trustworthy and has no regard for customer relations.
