Goos shop for purchasing clothing and silk sarees. The staffs and supervisors and the floor manager all are awesome and polite in nature. Superb customer delight and they have huge patience to show models and to make the customer buy. In case of silk sarees once u select a couple Of sarees they help u in show u how u look when u wear this is a regular practice in Tamilnadu in all silk shop and the same is followed here too....we are happy with the shopping here.we purchase around 25k and we feel its worthy. Management should appreciate the executives and floor managers.

Pothys is a multi level department store with everything from toothpaste to appliances so you are guaranteed to find pretty much anything you might be looking for there. The selection of groceries is really good and so is the clothing. However, in terms of overall experience, there can be many improvements. The store is usually extremely crowded and parking can be an issue. There is no proper guidance or signage to indicate where people can and cannot park or be dropped off. Secondly, having the billing counter be very close to the front entrance means that there is a pretty long line of folks waiting to pay and pick up their goods just as many are entering which gives a chaotic feel to the store. Do not go to Pothys expecting a calm, relaxed shopping experience. Be prepared to be jostled, pushed a little and take plenty of patience with you to navigate through the tight aisles of the basement grocery section, especially close to major holidays and on weekends. The elevators move slowly but you do have the escalators as an option. I've yet to visit Pothys and have a quiet, calm shopping experience even on a random weekday. The salespeople are friendly and available, without being pushy but given the large volume of clients, it would be advisable to have more of them guiding customers and making them aware of the process after selecting an item to pay and receive their goods.

The textile section of Pothys Hypermarket has great collection. The place has a good collection of readymade clothing for men, women and kids. I usually shop for cloth material as the collection is vast. They have a large collection of cloth material of various colors. They Saree collection is good and they also have ready made blouses to go with it. It is good place to purchase a wedding saree too and at a budget(if you have one). They have ATMs on a few floors.

Pothys is always common people's place. We always find it budget friendly and comfortable shopping from pothys. But there is always a rush here. And sales persons are not available sometimes. Prices of the cloths varies on different ranges. Dresses for gents ladies kids and for everyone are available here. Also different collections consisting of ethnic, casuals, formals, traditionals, inners, are available here.

Good place for all under one umbrella. MRP based sale with some tagged items. Huge collections of variety of Saree and dress material for ladies, pants and shirts and all needs with separate floor allotted and quality products. Kids items and toys have separate space. Good ambience with good staff and management. Common people can reach out anytime and welcomed by devoted staff. Like this place.

A good destination for your home needs and clothings, good parking facility, baggage counter,a small foot court for snacks and tea, a hyper market with vast collection, various brands available under one roof, adequate staff's but language a problem for some of them. Good offers provided for so many items. Purchased footwear, clothing, utensils, grocery etc.
