They have some really amazing collections. I really loked the collections they offered amd the service too.
Good location and huge showroom however they had limited selections of dainty jewelry. Mostly were bold and eye-catching designs. Fortunately, the staff were approachable. They offered us coffee as well. As for the price, I didn't check much coz I just bought something I liked.

I used to go Malabar or Kalyan, there get vast range of ornaments with less Panikkuli. Pothys totally disappointed me in that side. Huge amount they are taking as Panikkuli without much reduction. Prefer Malabar or Kalyan instead of pothys
Surprisingly, they have a pretty huge collection of jewelry. Going here wasn't part of the plan, and we were supposed to buy something else and got something else instead. It all comes down to the staff actually, how they behave and how friendly they are. Because after the way the other 2 places treated us (like they don't care), this felt like they really want to get some sales done. I hope the customer service remains the same if ever we have any issue in the future & they sort things out smoothly.
