My initial impressions of this store were positive. it boasts an impressive collection of thousands of saree varieties and other Asian outfits, making it a haven for traditional wear enthusiasts. However, the overall service experience left much to be desired. Some service colleagues lacked the willingness to help, and it was evident that many of them were preoccupied with casual conversations with co-workers. Furthermore, the payment counter was noticeably slow. In summary, while the store is a paradise for those passionate about traditional attire, improvements in service quality are needed to match the grandeur of its offerings.

It's a good place for sarees and clothes, but gets so crowded around the time of festivals, which can't be helped ofcourse

Visited for fabric shopping! They had an extensive fabric collection including Satin, Organza, Silk, Georgette, Net, and more. Surprisingly, their prices were lower compared to other fabric shops offering the same materials & designs. A great place for fabric enthusiasts!

A big mall for dressing and clothing. Good shop and good collection of own products and multi brand dresses. Make sure you have enough time to glance all the available dress varieties and to select the dress of your choice. Crowded at times, still the shop serves to complete satisfaction.

Likes 1. Good collections available. 2. Staffs are helpful and some are courteous as well Don't likes 1. For delivery you have to go each floor for collecting the same, suppose you shop for whole family and do the billing in any of the floors but product delivery is restricted only to the specific floor this is something made us feel bad, in shops like saravana stores they provide facility for customers to bill and take delivery of the products altogether in any of the floors , but here this is the biggest disadvantage . 2. Certain items are overpriced they can have normal brands also with normal pricing 3. No floor boards seen in any of the floors sometimes you will not know which floor you are in which was pathetic you have to ask their staffs 4. Purchased for 5000 Rs and they are giving only paper stick bags, i was expecting cloth kind of stick bag, Concerned staff strictly telling travel bags are only for bills above 10k , cost of living increased badly over the years you can realize from this. 5. Giving tree sapling is super initiative but with the given large amount of crowd there were only three people distributing the same, you will feel like avoiding the tree sapling due to the huge crowd with very limited staffs 6. No security guard outside to guide us for vehicle parking and no direction boards also visible clearly for two wheeler parking which made me to park 500mts away from the shop 7. Washroom cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall ok but not bad...please plan accordingly...

This is just a silk paradise for females. I went just to check out.. But this is something amazing.. Sarees ranging from 2000 to 1 lacs.
