Don't thank me for feedback and actually compensate. ----------------------------------------------- Ordered Chicken boneless biryani over Zomato. And this is what I received. Mixed Vegetable biryani. Pics and video for reference. Zomato was useless with customer support saying they don't understand the issue. So no refund. And this restaurant isn't careful with its orders - what if they send chicken biryani to a vegetarian household!? The pots are sealed with green dough to show it's veg. At least that's what it seems like from the pot pics over Zomato. In my case, it has the normal reddish dough to show it's a non veg meal but of course it wasn't correct. Please avoid this outlet at least as they aren't careful with food.

I used to be their regular customer. Even recommended lots of friends to try their Biryani. Since last year there has been a steep rise in the cost and the taste also deteriorated. My favourites were Kolkata and Lucknow Biryani. My last order from this restaurant was Kolkata chicken Biryani. Quantity of Masala was less, so it was mostly white rice. The taste was horrible. Spending 400 bucks on such quality is a sheer waste of money.

Potful is being my favourite biryani outlet going further as the intimacy with which they prepare, the idea with which they serve and they taste which touches the depth of any Biryani lover's heart is impeccable I must say. As for credibility to my say, I have tasted out Hyderabadi Paneer Tikka Biryani along with Kali Mirch LAsooni Paneer Tikka as an appetizer was a surreal experience I claim. What I really loved is the method with which they prepare as they first prepare the prime ingredients with veggies and spices which they put it into the pot on the base and then the Biryani get poured over it until it reached 4/5th portion of the Pot and they cover it with the cap and seal it with the lid which helps to keep the Biryani hot and fresh for longer duration. In terms of taste, no complains at all. Coming to appetizer, it was properly steamed which makes the paneer soft like a sponge and prepared with kali mirch and lasoon spices serving with the chutney makes it as a good start. Considering all, Potful not any offer the Biryani but also they way it gets served makes it commendable and I really recommend it to all who likes to taste it out.

This has become one of my favorite biryanis in the town. This time I tried their Hyderabadi Style Veg Biryani alongwith Dahi Ke Kebab Starter. The experience was pretty much amazing. The packaging was really great. The biryani was cooked in a clay pot and it's delivered in the same. The biryani was full of flavors and contained veggies like carrots, beans and cauliflower. The portion size was pretty good too. It was served with thick onion raita. Dahi Kebab starter was a little more sweet for my taste buds but it was good. Overall experience was quite good.

As the tag says, each Biryani is cooked only after you place the order and the best part? It is cooked in the claypot which is delivered to you. I had ordered the chicken Hyderabadi biryani and the Murgh khada masala. The chicken biryani was cooked to perfection and tasted extremely delicious. The tandoor chicken starter and the Pudina Chutney was a killer combination. This is the second time I'm ordering from potful and I'm very happy with the delivery, the packaging, the quality of the food. AlsoWould definitely order from here again. Ok, so today we ordered Hyderabadi mix veg biryani, panner tikka and phirni! Hyderabadi biriyani was soo damn good! At first, as the potb is too hot it was bit hard to open the sealed container but once you open it the aroma will be filled in the entire room! You will first find rice at the top n then comes the magical flavored rice with all veggies will be accumulated! So you can start to eat by mixing from below! Panner tikka was marinated perfectly and the green chutney went well with it! Phirni woah, it comes in a small pot too!!! It's tpped with badam & pista! Overall we had an awesome dinner!

Soo I ordered my Sunday biryani from potful and it just made my Sunday better Potful has a beautiful concept of making biryani in a separate earthen pot keeping hence keeping it hot and fresh for a longer time. Soo i ordered the hyderabadi chicken biryani and the kalmi kababs. The biryani was fresh, aromatic and exclusive in taste. The kalmi kababs were huge sized with amazing kaju stuffing,served with chutney and veggies on the side. I also ordered the phirni for dessert and it was just outstanding, a perfect end for this wonderful meal. While the food was great, the delivery was just pathetic, the delivery guy came all the way from the outlet without using Google maps, calling me more that 7-8 times, asking people on the road even when he had his mobile functioning perfectly. The delivery took almost an hour and was such let down. But when it comes too biryani , the place is just the perfect choice. Overall it was good experience.. FOOD - 5/5 PACKING - 5/5 DELIVERY - 1/5

Finally I have found my kind of biriyani! This #hyderabadidumbiryani from @potfulindia is by far the most amazing biriyani that I have had since a long time! This biriyani as you can see in the second picture is cooked in the very same clay pot which leaves us with the lovely aroma of various spices! The masalas were pin point perfect, neither too strong or less and absolute melt in mouth chicken pieces! This is also not at all heavy and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable like other spicy biriyanis! I would love to recommend this to all.
