The discipline is very bad , they treat customers as slaves. They act as if they are giving their own money and service. They don't follow government timings they follow their own timings which is 8 to 11. I mean seriously. What will they do after 11AM Worst service
Our speed post parcel booked from Bengaluru on 27-9-2023. The shipment has reached Nelamangala S.O on 29-9-2023. But they have not delivered the shipment till 5-10-2023. I don't know how they are discharging their duties. Worst performance from the Head post master and his colleagues.
Don't wanna give single star also for there amazing cooperation and service ! From past 3 months I've been running to this post office inorder to apply for duplicate passbook as mine was lost....They took two days to receive my application and nearly its been two months after giving the application ' every single day I used to visit there but every time I got the lame reply "No passbook have been delivered " this is the same reply I used to hear every single time and the manager is the worst there ...we wont get no proper response and moreover she acts as if she is not responsible . Even the telephone service is dead from past months . This is the situation of your postal service in India .

Staff's response is very poor. They behave very rashly with customers. But few staff's are okay. Waiting time is more for anything at this post office. Even in this modern generation they taking too much time for passbook update and Money Order. Even help desk is not available at this office.
