Very rush due to Vavubhali festival
It's a wonderful place. every year I visit here to enjoy .only problem in this place is this place is open for only fifteen days per year .it has lots of sweet stalls .It's one of the wonderful tourist spots in kanniyakumari .it has lots of fun fill games too .It's the right place to visit with children. It has the kanniyakumari special sweets such as thean kuzhal. We can get it hot. It also has many nursery gardens and we can get many varieties of flowers and crotons plants here. Aquariums are also available here. Many fishes, dogs, cats, birds varieties were available here. This function has been taking place for nearly ninety years and above. The entry ticket is too low as it ranges from Rs 10 to Rs 20. This place is filled with lots of toys shops and sweet stalls. It has some shows such as dogs show, magic show, 3d show, comedy show, dinosaurs show, bike stunt show, snake women show, dead well show, etc. It also has many interesting rides such as colombus ride, giant wheel ride, Dragon ride, cup and saucers ride, bike ride, water boat ride for kids, teddy balloon for kids, car ride for kids, etc. It is the best place to visit with children.
I have no idea why this place need review, still as Google asked. Only good thing about this place is Vavubali exhibition that takes place in every year between July to September.
There is beautiful Thamirabarani river running through this place. It also got many gardens where we can buy almost all types of plants for gardening as well as for tree planting.
It also got many bakerys where banana chips is very famous and tasty. It got its name because of the post office nearby. It also got one Ganesh Temple and Amman temple.
It is a nice place at the Southern most part of Kerala. Buses to Trivandrum and Nagercoil are always available from here. Hospital, Police Station and all the essential facilities are available nearby.
