Hello I'm sachin Gupta from Indore . It all began with that FIRST STEP...Here is my result of Transformation from 115kg to 93kg. I was planning for proper workout and maintaining my body since last 10 years which is a very long Era. But during COVID lockdown when I came my hometown for work from home, I realised that my body is very much over weight. I was unable to do any kind of exercise.
