Instead of standing in a queue we can do NEFT/RTGS from any bank account to SB/SSA/PPF. Refer the ifsc code photo taken in post office. Use your account number of SB/SSA/PPF I didn't know that until i reached and waited long queue. If the info useful like it. Also I say many elder PPL standing in queue pls help them to reach this msg. This 5 star for Indian post office.

I went to post office in the first week of the month to get the NSC claim for my father who is no more. Still now I didn't receive it because of the the lethargic work of the people working there. Want to give below 1 star but it's not available... Very very poor service....most of the time they say poor network connection.. But the staffs itself very slow to use computer.... They need to give more training on usage of computer
