Best place to get fresh sea and lake fishes but the place is too small, crowded and nasty. If this place is cleaned and maintained well like Vanagaram fish market, this would be the best place.

This market is available on Sundays of every week. Best place for fresh lakeside fish with cheaper price. They don't use measurements to weight the fishes.

In fact, if you want to see the real look of this fish market, you have to come every Sunday. The market is also open on other days of the week but the number of sellers is very low as compared to Sunday.

Some what quality's of fishes were good .........But cost wise too high when they offers ....... Negotiate once you buy ........I went especially and regular for the snail........

This place sells fish only on Sunday. Rest of days rarely they sell fish. Nominal amount of fish mostly fresh fish. You cannot expect More fish like Sharp etc. Normal item's like crab snail etc. Even you can buy country eggs, country hens, country duck. I really shocked it's really worthable purchase very cheap and best cutting charges also very less....really happy with seller lady she is so cooperative i purchased eari vavvaal two big fish just 200 rupees and cutting charge is just 40.00 rupees well cleaned...and PLEASE support our road side sellers

Best place to get freshwater fish.too crowded in sundays. If you are good at bargaining, a must place to visit you can get plenty.avoid buying prawn and crab from here rate will be higher and quality wont be good.
