This hotel is 5 stars in many ways. 5 STARS for impeccable service - everyone here is an absolute delight and very polished. Biswajit will ensure your stay is as perfect as can be. 5 STARS for accommodations - clean, beautiful, updated. Love the boutique vibe and art. I couldn't find one flaw in the room. 5 STARS for the food - we had room and breakfast and the food was great and the servers were so sweet. 5 STARS for location. Very easy to get there from airport, they will arrange shuttle for you. Plenty of walkable options from the hotel including spots like pharmacies. Safe. HIGHLY highly recommend staying here. Don't hesitate at all. Until next time!
Stayed for 12hrs as transit passenger taking flight early morning, checked in 2pm n checked out midnight, fantastic location, 5mins drive to dep lounge from hotel. Good food, had lunch n both items ordered were good portion n tasty as well.price wise bit higher side but room layout and facilities in room are good, overall those who can afford high price it's worth for money
It was a pleasure to visit Port Muziris again, after more than one and a half years. The rooms though small, are quaint and charming and full of character. Extremely clean and maintained really neatly by Ms.Priya the housekeeping staff. From Mr.Arun who received me at the airport, to the charming young lady at the front desk, the members of the staff were warm, smart, efficient and caring. I was stunned when the amazing Mr.Sivagovind in the restaurant remembered each of my food preferences from my visit, 18 months ago! The only suggestion I have is that since this is a place frequented by a lot of foreigners too, they could perhaps make some of the dishes, a little less fiery hot and spicy.
