My experience with Popular True value was nice. I'll rate based on parameters below: 1. Car delivery schedule - initially they said they will take 2 days to get my car ready. Since I demanded early delivery, they processed it fast and provided the car earlier than promised. 2. Issue resolution - I identified some issues after buying. Without any hesitation they fixed it the next day. 3. Warranty and service - I am getting 6 months of warranty which I feel it's good. 4. Car price - I am not sure about the price of car is correct or not. But when I enquired with other providers, I felt car price is correctly marked. Still I was able to bargain on top of it. 5. Customer relations - Sales representative Sunoj dealer with me nicely. So, I am satisfied.
