An amazing purchasing experience. Everytime went super fast, there were no delays or miscalculations. The sales representatives are super knowledgeable to talk to and they explain everything in detail

They took 6 days to return our car given for servicing. And they will mainly or only address the complains that we mention. Other complaints they just ignore. For eg. Key battery was low, but they didnt check it. And some externals took the number and contacted us about seat cushion works and all.

'The worst service i ever recieved' We choose hyundai service centre instead of local workshop because we expected quality of work and professional genuinity. We have given the car for all service and they promised that they will give it on a due date and when we asked on that day, they told it was not ready but we were in a desperate situation so they have given the car at night 7.30pm. We paid them nearly 20,000. On the next day when we used the car (with family) on the middle of the city there was a huge sound and smoke emitted from the bonut. When we contacted them they collected the vehicle and when we enquired about this, they told, you were in a hurry so we made it fast thats why it all happened. If there is no guarentee with these professional car service then we should go to a local shop instead of this. I think that will be more cheaper and convenient for us. After one month we made our car service done perfectly in a local shop with reasonable price.

This centre was giving a good service earlier. But now it turned out to be the worst in terms of service receipt to quality to delivery to staff behaviour. Pathologically pathetic customer service

Good service they call us and check on up on each service that is lil irritating for a low runner but still oil needs to be replaced in a proper time or its viscosity can effect the performance and a blown engine . They do good service if we go to them for some missing they usually arrange sothing back to us. This was our previous experience when we had a hyundai car. Even though there office and service station is little small compared to the kottayam center they really strive had to give the best experience Now in 2023, Joyesh chettan and his team was so helpful in choosing the right car. we were planning for a i10 nios and he brought that home and given a great TD experience and we just asked for i20s price details to know whether we could push limits and next day morning he bought the car and gave a experience, we are looking forward if things go north.

Being a proud owner of an Hyundai Alcazar wouldn't have been possible without mentioning a few names and our challenging experience in buying a new-car in India. Buying a new-car in India is always a thrilling experience. For the size & choices in the market , it's always a tough decision that needs to be taken. Well , thanks to the updates in the internet that has enough and more informations in terms of various products and reliable comparisons. Keeping our top priority in consideration , we decided to go for a full-size family 7 seater SUV with a Diesel engine and Automatic Transmission. We finally decided for a Hyundai Alcazar. It's now been a week since we have been enjoying this wonderful product , especially when the kids are enjoying the view of kerala-rain through the panoramic roof. Other highlights , as the Remote engine starter , auto a/c , various power options , ground-clearance, turning radius , room space navigation.. etc , all makes it a very special experience. As for the size , it's not an over-sized big car , but a very rightly placed 7 Seater. The foremost challenge was about the Engine - Power subject. Though there were mixed reviews and some misguiding's regarding this subject , our experience has over-turned all this. The engine power and the Auto-transmission is very well tuned and is a great driving experience. Anyways this great feeling of motoring wouldn't have been possible without mentioning a few names. First and foremost, Mr. Ajay Singh of Advaith Hyundai, Blore whom we know for over 2 decades as the Hyundai-Man of India , We decided to take Mr. Ajay's opinion as our final take. We were guided to approach Popular Hyundai in Kerala , as they were closer to our place. Mr. Saju , a honest sales-representative and his line Manager Mr. Arun , a very dedicated staff of Popular Hyundai , Thengana - Changanacherry - Kottayam had arranged the delivery and all other procedures as promised. We strongly recommend this product , as we have done an extensive study and moreover this team ( Popular Hyundai , Thengana - Changanacherry - Kottayam ) to those who wishes a well-sized-family 7 seater with Diesel engine and auto transmission.
