This is my long-term review. Booked my first car from here in 2020 , Delivery was on time with slight variation, I think it's normal for all dealers. The customer service is good. I have done my car's service 3 times. You can request for pick and drop service for your car, which is free of cost. And the cars will be delivered on time. You will have to wait for some parts, which may not be available at stock during service, but the service adviser will follow up with you until your car is in good condition. Insurance claims are good if you have a bumper to bumper taker from the dealer itself, which will make the claim easier. My overall experience with popular hyundai is very good for the last 3 years.

Good spacious space went for service, and the service team was a delight. A special mention to our service agent, "Santhu," who was a delight to talk to and went above expectations to ensure they give the best service on time. Hope they maintain the same in future.

Hyundai car showroom is good showroom.But they have only few salesteam. Renovation work of the shop is going on.also the electric vehicles are not available in this showroom ,they are recommending cochin showroom for electric vehicles .and the service from secuirity was excellent.there were no manager when we reached and he helped us in it

Had experienced worst customer service, efficiency is below average. Long waiting for number plate board for Hyundai alcazar.

Very Bad Quality Control. Purchased brand new Hyundai venue 2023. today is first day driving in a rainy day and used the wiper and not working called service center they checked but they said the motor needs to change you need to leave the car and go we will call you when it's fixed.
