Worst faculty ever received... They are just asking days and days for increasing bill payment for no reason... The staff are just like illiterate people and uneducated.. There is no place for the Guardian to stay.. Even the person with the patient also just have to stand neat the patient.. The guider is just unknown if the of the case... Even the doctors are also late and lazy...and not even well interactive toward patient..And they are just delaying the work to increase the bill... They need a well improved infrastructure.. Feeling poor for the patient and the public

It is very easy to reach the hospital. The cleanliness of the hospital is very good. The behavior of the doctors is very good and the behavior of their assistant (Sales Man) is also very good. If you come to this hospital for cashless treatment then please bring the doctor from your home for 25-30 days and be prepared to get admitted after every 2 weeks. Because once you fall into the clutches of cashless, then understand that you have become their Parmanant patient. You must understand that you have not come to get well, but to get money from the Government of India or the Health Insurance Company, not to get healthy.

It's a worst hospital I have ever seen.My father was admitted in hospital with lower pole calculi in right kidney. Dr Dinesh explain me about procedure for removing it and then I admitted my father.After 3 days admission Dr done the procedure in OT and after 2 days when CT scan was done, the report shows the presence of calculi in same place. I will take legal action against hospital. Dr. misguided me only for making bills.

Popular super specialty hospital Varanasi is the best hospital for Mother and child care. All the services are there and doctors are very helpful and professional at their part! Highly recommended

Very worst condition Staff members are not good They are not cooperating to others The bathroom is not clean, the cleaning staff has been cleaning since time immemorial and there is a lot of water problem, I never get water in the room, it is such a big hospital that there is no such facility just to take money. Good hospital with all the services/facilities available. But but but... ... They charge a lot i mean a lot They sell medicine at MPR rate. The Medicines which is selling for Rs. 20 outside is being sold at Rs. 180-200 in their pharmacy and their are no other option but to buy it from them

The hospital management was pathetic. My father was admitted here. First they admitted in emergency, there was pathetic emergency with one ill-mannerd doctor, who accused that you came late. There were flies in the emergency ward. Post that my father was shifted to ICU. The medical and para-medical staff was sub-standard . No one is there to explain what treatment they are giving and why. Apart from senior doctors, no one was talking properly. Not even able to explain the situation. They shifted my father from O2 mask to NIV and then ventilators, but not explaining how much lung have detoriated. NO Proper briefing for ICU patents. They will call only for consent, only for money or once the patient dies. The nurshing staff is sub standard. There is no place to wait for ICU patents. I will not recommend anyone to go there if you are critical.
