Popley and Sons Jewellers has been my go-to place when I plan to buy a jewellery. They not only have a wide variety of options and amazing collection but they also customise the jewellery as per your requirement. Mr Rajeev has always helped us make the best choice. Sharing a recent experience. I wanted a heart shaped diamond ring like the one I saw on Pinterest. I showed Mr Rajeev the pic and he made the exact one. Although the delivery was expected later but on personal request they got the ring ready in just a few days. This has been one of the best customer experience I've had till now. i had gone for my tag watch connected which was having issues. i was peacefully heard by Mr Balkrishna for my issue. he said he will communicate with the head office directly and try to resolve the issue. i was also reassured by Mr. Rajiv Popley who said they will sort it out with the issue. i was really pleased by their constant follow up on the issue with the company and the mater is now under resolution . thanks once again for the kind cooperation shown by the team of Popley and sons and Mr Balkrishna.
As with the reference from my cousin I got to know about the popley showroom in Mumbai Though I am from Bangalore, Mr. Balakrishnan has co-operated with me so well throughout the purchase of TagHeuer premium luxury watch. Though being a completely new customer they have handled everything very well and with a lot of patience. I received my product in a very good condition even during the monsoon season. Thanks to Popely and sons for their excellent service.
The place is loaded in tradition and legacy. Will be completing 100 years in 2027. The moment you enter you are transported to a luxurious and peaceful world. Staff are very nice and mostly all are old timers. But the jewellery and watches are not old time. You get latest designs and quality and mind you this was significantly competitive to the ghatkopar and chembur shops we normally frequent. They have a nice flash card scheme which won us a cool watch for just 3000. Would recommend them any day and i myself will be frequenting them more as compared to the other large brand that I used to go earlier. VS and GH diamond sets are cheap and the diamonds actually shine. Keep that as a test. Buy only if they shine. They have very good silverware and also God and Goddess idols. Have a good collection of watches too. All n all the 3 hours you spend there will be well deserved.

popley and sons are so disorganised that they are not able to purchase jewellery of their own shop. Maybe they know the correct caratage of their jewellery that's why they are not interested in buying their own jewellery. Excuse given is that the owner is not in the shop and they can not take jewellery when owner is not in shop that means no systematic way of buying. Please note that even gold rate for buying and purchasing is different. All it means is that they are out to loot you. Very unprofessional attitude at the Bandra shop.
