Pop Tate's Growell's Mall Kandivili - Restaurant in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I recently went to this place for dinner with my family. As it was a weekend we could not book a table from zomato dining so we reached and there was half an hour waiting as it was full. Once we got the table service was quick and the food drinks everything was amazing. We ordered beer and pizza and unmissable sizzlers from the restaurant. They had some amazing offers going on during the World Cup on drinks and happy hours. They never disappoint when it comes to food and overall experience. I highly recommend this place . Don't miss sizzlers at all.

Excellent food. Panner Tikka is excellent, the soft succulent paneer just melts in the mouth. Veg A La Kiev Sizzler is sumptuous with their panner stuffed patties. Tomato Bruschetta is lip smacking delicious. Worth a revisit

Firstly, I am usually a fan of Pop Tates in most places. But this place has completely ruined the streak. We went on a Saturday evening, and the rush was expected, so we made a reservation via Eazydiner and waited for our no. To our surprise, a family of 2 who were below us in the list were given seats before us. When confronted, the attendant shows us a random name and said that this was them. Did not want to spoil the already soiled atmosphere and asked her not to call them so i could confirm if it was true. I believe this way of servicing customers is unethical Once we got our seats, we ordered our regular gin and tonic, mocktail, and some French fries, which were very salty. We were not served water, which is basic even after waiting outside for above 40 minutes on the table as well. Starter - Pepper Blasted chicken, was spicy and tasted decent did enjoy. Bbq wings was nice as well. Main course - Oriental chicken sizzlers, the dish was not served on the plate, and the sauce was super spicy and burned our taste buds. I'm pretty sure I was unable to taste food till the next day. Service was very poor. No one was waiting on the table and had to keep calling person again and again in vain. To the extent that one waiter had and tray with pasty and when reached us was asked by the manager to move to another table so not to serve us. Approx by 11.15, the fans were switched off with the intention of rushing the customers. Luckily, we were finished by then. Worst service and non ethical establishment.

This has been my favourite place for years. They have awesome offers on drinks especially before 7.27pm , the vibe, the food is awesome. They also broadcast most of the live matches.

Food here is delicious and the ambience is awesome. One star less for the service. The waiters are very confused and we have to repeat the order twice. And I never got the mocktail which I ordered in the bery beginning. It was very disappointing thay way. But the dishes were good. Their Jamaican chicken is a must have. Also the bourbon chicken wings and prawns poppers are delicious. Only problem is the service. Hope they better that

Very hospitable service and amazing ambience. Mr Bittu, our table attendent was very humble and courteous throughout. Keep it up! And please give us discount next time.

Pop tates 1 of my favorite place for chill out. Here u can drink ur favorite alcohol with ur friends family. Best place for birthday celebration. Here staff cooperate very well just like ur friends or family members. U can organize ur love one surprise birthday party. Drink with music ...
