My recent experience at Pop Royal Regency, Pathshala OYO hotel was beyond disappointing. They charged me double the amount displayed on the app and still refused to provide a room at the promised online rate. To make matters worse, the amenities mentioned, such as WiFi, TV, and AC, were non-existent in the room. Instead, there was only a fan without speed control, making the room unbearably stuffy. The bathroom was missing a basic mirror, which is quite absurd for any accommodation. Parking facilities were nowhere to be found, leaving guests to fend for themselves. To top it off, the reception staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. This entire experience was a complete waste of money. The rooms were not only cramped but also suffocating. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The best hotel in town. Owner is very good and caring. They have a restaurant in the hotel which is famous for Assamese thali but you can enjoy North Indian food and fast food is also available there. A must visit place
Very poor experience. After arrival they did not responded properly. After that hotel manager asked for extra 1000 charge for stay and said otherwise they would cancel booking. For 499 Rs, they collected 1500 from me.. The room was so dirty and water was not supplied properly. room service is very very poor.
Don't go for it. I had visited once but they want extra money and say's A/c or Non A/c all room are same price...
Poor facility .... In upper section there is no inverter facility .... It's too bad ...
You'll book a room in Oyo, then the Hotel will call you and assure you to come and stay. And when you go there they'll say they don't accept OYO, you have to pay the basic price for one day which is 1500 rupees. In 1500 rupees there will be no AC, a small single bed, dirty bathroom and of course a TV that doesn't turns on.
Very Good, Tasty and Healthy Food. Restaurant is amazing, you can seat here relax and have a tea or cold drink. Sweets are mouth melting, Lunch and dinner items are superb.
