POP Mapples Inn Palace - Hotel in Kota, Borkhandi - Kota, India

Rooms are okay but washroom is not working proper. And they charge me 1000 for only night stay during my ride. Plz only pay 600- 800 max rent for rooms

02 - 03 Aug stay. Room no. 106. Water dripping from ceiling of bathroom, Bedsheet torne, big cobweb in bathroom, no channels TV, no bottled complementary water, no complementary toilatories. Shifted to 101... All walls damped.. water, TV ...nothing good to comment

In this hotel room service is very bad it's take so long time. We will call for 1 cup of tea 4 Times. They will take 1 hours for a cup of tea. Near my room they organiza in party in speeker is so loudly party going till morning 4 of clock and we will totally distrub in that night. Very bad moment with me.

Worst place to stay.The service is slow and management is rude to customers.Electrical boards are broken in the room,Television doesn't work .Most importantly you can't get water in the restroom and when complained about it,the management argues.I would not recommend it to anyone.

Lift not working. Pillows don't have covers. Bedsheets full of stains Worst experience

Over all Good choice, rooms were clean and decorated, food was delicious , all staff were cooperative. If you are visiting this area u can prefer this for staying.

Worst experience ever of hospitality. Lots of mosquitos, poor AC, unpleasant smell of bedsheets. Bathroom was lack of water.
