Very bad experience I had , some fish activity was going in and around the hotel, very bad staff and totally non cooperative people. Very unhygienic toilet condition,insects were roaming around the floor and bed. Couldn't able to sleep due drunkeyards were shouting thse entire night. Not at all a safe and hygienic place to stay alone or with family.

Clean rooms, good hospitality. The AC in our room wasn't working, so they quickly gave us another room. The Hotel owner was very polite and cooperative. He received and returned Amazon deliveries on my behalf when I wasn't around. I also stayed there with my parents, they made our stay very comfortable. Hospitality 5/5 Food 3/5 Cleanliness 5/5

The doorknob inside the bathroom was not functioning. The towels were dirty when opened. The AC Remote control wasn't functioning. There was an empty teapot and two cups, but no tea bags, or milk /sugar sachets. Wifi was non-existent. The only reason for staying here was that our adventure trek agency Bikat had booked it. Under no circumstances should anyone else book it given their ridiculous prices.

Average hotel in reasonable price and it will not disappoint you. My stay was comfortable but there were many small things which lead me to give 3 star. Rooms were spaciousness which is good thing, it is near ISBT which is another good things about this hotel. Furniture seem to be old and not well maintained rooms. Staff was courteous.

Room was not as look in photo it was worsted smelling.. As well as fan was not working we ask for change room they staff management decline as we ask for wants room similar as looks in photos the person said it's mistake of photograph.

My room was not as clean as expected. AC was old-style and makes noise. Hotel management didn't severed water. I had to call room service for two times to get water and finally after half an hour they served water. Toilet flush was not working properly. Room and toilet were big and spacious. They had nice, small dinning table and chairs in the room. I had dinner which was very bad (Paneer Lahori was worst, Sabzi Bhuna Masala was also bad but Dal Dhama was okay/tasty). Surprisingly complimentary breakfast was GOOD.(Omelette bread, Veg Sandwich and coffee) Instead of king size bed (single piece) they had joined 2 single bed, which separates from middle and was uncomfortable.

Disgusting hotel ever, ridiculously expensive. We two people checked in without pre booking in peak winter season for one night. They charged us rs.2500 for a simple deluxe room. They room was dirty, there was only one quilt. The staff was least concerned. The whole night we were struggling to sleep as the bedsheet was the simple one which was cold as hell (we were literally shivering). There was no extra blanket/quilt provided. Worst experience ever, would never recommend anyone to stay at this place or please investigate properly before staying.

Never ever visit this place. I booked this place around 8pm, September 15, 2019. But these people are real CHEAT, SCAMMERS. I reached around 11:30pm but prior informed them. I was travelling with family. Once I reached their hotel, around 11:30pm, they told me that they cannot give me the room at the price I have booked it online and started demanding double the money I have already paid. I was agitated over this. They could have told me all this over phone call as well. They knew it that I had no option in this new city and it was really late at night and I was travelling with my family. So they wanted to take advantage of all this. Once I agreed to pay them double the amount they agreed to give me room. But before paying them advance, I asked them to show me the rooms. Over online booking I was alloted room number 105 & 106. But they showed me 202 and 203. Those rooms we very small and dirty. Smelling bad. Had dirt marks and food spilled over their bedsheets and toilets smelled even worse. These people are really cheat and fraudsters. Never visit their place. These people can go to any extremes. Finally I had to book some other hotel late at night. Around 1am, I checked-in into another hotel. It was very decent. PS: they never returned my booking money back.
