I am sorry for my previous review it was not written by me .Now i have seen the owners response and here is the real one . the hotel was good and the services was also good but a bit delayed so i want the mangement to be a bit faster and and it is a under budget hotel in lucknow i would say one of the best under budget hotel in lucknow . and i am again sorry for my previous one

I stayed here from 12th till 19th June 2020. When I arrived they said that they accept on cash payment any payment made on the OYO app isn't acceptable. Next room that was shown to me Non Ac was very small and the washroom was told to me that it is common and I was never informed that they also have rooms where washroom is inside the room. I spent a horrible night on day one sweating under the Fan couldn't open window because of insects. The other after argument they told me that you should have told us if you have problem with common washroom we would have shifted you to one which has inside the room which they should have done at first because I didn't knew if they have such rooms too. wifi not available in the room it is only available in the reception area which is ok ok atleast to get your browsing work done no downloads whatsoever. Next I spent 3 days without problem then I wanted to extend my stay as I was new in the city and didn't wanted to move here and there so I decided to extend my stay so I booked the same from OYO again and made the payment I was then given AC room at cost of Deluxe AC when asked that picture says something different answer that I got was OYO walo ne liya hai vo pics we can't do much and also they said that we don't give room to people who pay from the OYO app. I'll tell you why because when you pay Rs865 on OYO the amount that hotel get's is usually rs 100-150 less because of which they insist you to pay cash so they get the whole amount. Now coming to AC they asked me to pay first every morning and then for one whole day AC never worked when asked they said Phase is down and after multiple visit to the reception they started the AC at 9.30pm. So i already paid for AC for not having one got no compensation for that. if you have to stay you pay in full their services doesn't work not their problem because you already paid. My room TV didn't work for 4 days even after asking them to get it working everyday 3-4 times in a day they said provider service is down on day 1 day 2 there is no recharge day 3 we will recharge today and day 4 i checked out so I don't know if they have recharged or not and after all this they ask you to give good ratings you see Hippocracy at its best. All in All worst experience I ever had If you are looking to stay here read this if you still want to stay here then May God Bless You.

My first impression of this hotel was awful. neglecting the fact that its pretty far from the airport,I was hoping a decent stay. on arrival at around 6,* the asked for 250/- more & what I got was a nightmare for me & my mother. A spare room on the terrace without any proper facility & a common bathroom to be shared by Random men (the hotel only houses numerous men who have come here for exams). The toilets were dirty on my visit & the pillows unclean. Guys roaming around the common verandah/corridor in towels - I have never felt so grossed out before. We went out & got a room with attached bath after 12 in the 3rd floor where we shared common verandah/corridor with the mess-like/common bath rooms. We chose to not open the door whatsoever. The rooms are spacious but not very neat. dirt marks on the wall, The tv sky high (not watchable), the geyser doesnt work, NO VENTILATING HOLES, just a window which you cany open at night. Wifi is decent. The dongles have problem getting networks though. They cant shift if rooms r all booked. staff are cordial and food is on the cheaper side than other cities. (I am not sure about Lucknow as a city)

Best part of staying in Hotel Lila is the warmth and hospitality of the staff here. They really made me feel welcome. All requests were promptly addressed with a smile. The room was neat & clean , nothing to fancy , but good enough. The free Wi-Fi , although occasionally sluggish in the room , does work well. Overall a good experience and I do recommend it.

... It looked more like someone's old residence, disorganized and poorly structured. We had already made full payment .. but still the Hotel incharge..alleged that the payment was not made and wanted money. ... Then he charged Rs. 400/- extra without bill as we wanted to check in at 9am instead of 12PM as he explained our room was not ready and as per policy it is 12pm to 12pm. We were hastily shifted to a dirty, filthy, shabby, depressing room which they claimed was the best they had with the promise that our room will be ready by 12PM. However, we were never shifted to any other room and we kept complaining that the room is not at all and we want a room with western toilet. They simply kept making false promise and asked us to use the western toilet near the dormitory area. The room had a TV with wires hanging from the clamp. It had open switch board that made us scare all the more for our 16 months old baby. The geyser did not function properly. OVERALL IT WAS A VERY BAD AND HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

The stay at hotel lila was very nice the room was spacious clean and the service was good. The only problem they dont make non veg food. Veg food was little expensive but not bad. Hotel is walking distance to main marketss and not very far from railway station too. In all besides the food everything is good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly . The room was comfortable and the place was in a great location and had a great atmosphere. This was our 1st stay at Hotel Lila and was as lovely as our previous visits to Lucknow. Everything was just perfect. Room was newly refurbished.. Thank you Hotel Lila for our lovely stay...!!
