POP Hotel Happy Near Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

POP hotel happy really isn't a happy experience. Upon arriving early I was first denied leaving my luggage behind while going out to eat lunch, this was later rectified and I could leave my luggage. Coming back the room I was given had not been cleaned, there was cigarette butts on the floor and a very strong smell. They agreed on a quick cleaning, however with the poor quality of the room, aircon and bad smell I ended checking out early not even caring about the prepaid rate. On the plus side the afternoon staff were friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at the hotel for a night and though the services were good, their cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room was pretty much how it was shown in pics with no dirty corners or anything. But the carpets were full of hair and dirt, there was trash on the ground near the elevator.

Very poor room and fraud hotel. World class dirty room with heavy smell. You can't sleep on the bed. Dump of Cockroaches is there which will be on your bed and body during night. Booked AC room but AC not provided. Towel was also not provided. Oyo should remove the hotel from their app. Don't go for this property

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect and the room was good. The bedsheet was clean and the bed was comfortable but the TV wasn't working. Other than that, I have no complaints about my stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in the area.

Hotel authority charge extra 350 apart from Oyo Hotel Charges. As per booking history i should pay approx 412 /- but after reach the hotel the confirm me that 412 is not appropriate amount for Room so pay extra 350 then I pay 350 but they did not gave any bill but CCTV footage are available in hotel. So i would request you kindly refund my extra amount which was pay by me.

I have recently stayed in the hotel, hotal and it was a very pleasant experience. The location was great, close to netaji subhas chandar airport. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and washroom, there was ample parking space and all amenities you need are provided like ac, tv, wifi etc.
