Comfort pure: Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and floors, and delicious food (the cooks, by the way, are really flexible when it comes to special requests) . However, what makes this Places really Special is the exceptional Service. It's the extremely positive attitude and absolute willingness of all the staff to assist and please the guest... definitely makes one feel valued.
I really loved the quality of the rooms and the view from the easily accessible rooftop. Staff was kind and helpful, ready to answer any question you might have about the city. On top of all that, it's very affordable.
The electricity was gone most time and they don't have DG back up they only have inverter which lasts few hours. They also asked us to vacate the room because they got a booking for higher price. While we were staying there. Lifts don't work tv doesn't work no kettle no cups they don't change glasses. No proper cleanliness.
Stayed with my family for 3 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Hotel is very good. The staff including the people at reception, waiters, security guards all felt you welcome and always greeted you. Food spread was good too. Access to the river 10mtr distance in hotel.Overall a wonderful stay & would not hesitate to book again. Room views were amazing.
I was staying there from 14.09.2023 to 15.09.2023, it was my official tour, but hotel is not providing bill to me, and now they are not responding on phone, it is very bad experment, and he is not behavior like a gentlemen, so i am not suggest to stay here.
i had average experience at this hotel .although the location is on main road easily you can reach but avoid road side room there will be so much noice . washroom was sparkling clean and very spacious . minus point: room service is bad. they aren't very responsive regarding food order. also no electric kettle was provided . i had to call multiple tikes to as my food order was not as per order but they refunded the partial amount so okay with that. major issue .. road noise and poor room service response .
Visited here for family work and asked for room booking. Though rooms were good but charges were high a bit which disappointed me even after the reference.
