Rooms,services,aminities good.
But no hooks,hangers, floor mats in and near bathroom. Wardrobe set is not suitable, not properly planned by concerned. Too hight to hang clothes to rod in hanger. Told Above to staff, but it's not in their hands. Managements needs to take proper action on this for others convenience. Regards.
One of the best hotel for family visit. We stayed in this hotel in May 2023 in Room No 101. Everything was good except food. Hotel staff is not good, service is not good at all very delayed service. Hotel Ajwa food is awesome If you are paying to the staff for food you will not get your balance money back. TV recharge, Hot water, A/c, washroom everything is perfect. Good for family stay. 1.5km away from Railway station. Good Area everything is near to your location.
Nothing good about this hotel. Worst receptionist Abhilasha. When we complained about AC not working, she was very casual about it. The technician came after 2hours.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Room had dirty bathrooms.
Abhilasha was not at all cooperative was very rude and stubborn. Don't book this hotel only because of the prime location, rest everything is bad.
And for all this we paid 4k.
I will refer this place to my friends nd family for sure, bcoz the staffs were really co-operative and the rooms were clean nd neat...

Rooms and services were excellent. We are happy to come back. Front office staff Abhilasha was so warm and cordial in her treatment towards us.
very good place to stay very beautiful and nice architecture good rooms best employee the hotel his name i forgot was best they gave great room we had come late in night we had to adjust with one non ac under renovation room but other things are great for a budget hotel and very near to all places
and also they'll show you the room before you pay them and has more than enough parking space jusst behind the hotel
