Went to poorvika showroom and had very worst experience with the showroom personel. I went to showroom and asked the showroom person to explain about Vivo phone model which I planned to buy. He took the Vivo phone which I told and he briefly explained the specification. I told him it is ok and I'm planning to buy. Then suddenly he himself brought some techno brand phone which is not known to me. He told it is having better specification than Vivo phone and is having lower cost than Vivo phone and then he started pressuring me to buy techno brand phone instead of Vivo by giving some more discounts. Then I was in dilemma, whether to buy Vivo or techno. I told the showroom person that I am not aware of techno brand phone and hence I will check and come back next day. Then he and one more person started arguing with me ,how you can say you don't know techno brand.It is in market for more than 30 years. It is very reputed brand like that. Their intension is,I have to buy techno phone only and that too on that moment itself. All these made me uncomfortable and felt bad for visiting the showroom. I felt bad and left the showroom without buying Vivo phone also due to bad customer approach. If a customer is not interested in particular brand they should not force anyone but they somehow want to sell techno brand to me. Very worst customer experience.
