Recently i tried purchasing a device. Their Billing is a pain in the back. It took one hour for me. Their billing system is pathetic . In turn they are asking for the customer phone number , which is customer's right to provide the phone number. Secondly they have a pathetic delivery system.

I am regular customer of Poorvika.I've got 2 mobiles from poorvika and I got one drimmer in Feb 2023 from Poorvika,Pushpa theatre branch,Tirupur. They gave me charge type. they didn't explain it. after 1 week I went to poorvika ,asked them to take return and said you didn't tell it. but they didn't take back. moreover,the manager behaved very rude.He said I can't change or take it back.Do what you can do. Go away with Rude tone. I never got this kind of attitude from any showroom. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had bought a headset from this shop. It broke within a week of purchase. If you ask them about it, they refuse to give a correct answer.Please don't buy from this store.
