They are doing fraud when we purchase mobile they will inform that we will get gifts and after purchasing mobile they will say that it is a lucky draw so there are less chances of getting anything. Very bad service, they only see there target sales and force us to purchase there selected model brand. All these lucky draw is fake no one will get any thing, and in the end of the day they just handover a small bag which cost around 50 to 60 rupees.

I have visited the poorvika mobiles shop many times, i love the way they respond to customers, they will provide good offers, all promoters response very well, the decoration inside with balloons it looks awesome. The ambiance is too good compare to other mobile shops, I can give 5 stars for this all.. i m giving 1 Star just because A/C is not working. Everytime same problem here. I have seen this problem whenever i visit here.. just because of A/C I don't want to visit. I will be very satisfie if this A/C problem fixes.
