Have been buying mobiles from them for over 10 years now. Good professional treatment and they show good options. One thing is when we got our mobile, they insisted on putting in our sim card and receiving an OTP. The message said that the OTP was to claim the discount from Samsung. When asked about it, they mentioned that it was the discount that they gave us when we purchased the phone. I don't buy this and they need to be transparent in this.
