Worst place you could ever be in, very rude nature, we had one visitor coming in our room and the owner fought with us and threatened us and when we asked for our money back that we are leaving this place he refused. I would suggest go for some other place but not this one by any chance
The most unexpected and worst experience. Despite the fact that we are repeat customers. 1. The rooms weren't tidy 2. We asked for additional towels and bed sheet (as we were 4 of us), and the guy at the reception kept asking for the pat payment to be made before it was provided. 3. The staff was drunk when came to deliver the towels and bed sheet and asked for tip 4. Early morning we had 4 reminders before 11 am ( check out ) time and the guy kept banging the door loudly until it was opened. This is the last time we would be here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come unless they are in dire need and are unable to find good accommodation anywhere else.

Very bad experience, Owner of this hotel is fraud, they charged 500 rs extra for 1 hour late check out at 12 pm, but at the time check in they already told check out time is 12. He is a fraud person, TV not working, Fridge not working and also AC not work properly, very dirty place and very rood behaviour.

I stayed there with my friends. It's affordable n decent But one of the rooms had cockroaches. It was disgusting. Toilet n bathroom were ok ok It's on a gully to d main road. So we took a while figuring it out. No room service n restaurant available. But the main advantage is the locality. It's close by to all places in North Goa n even panaji.
Room and washroom was clean. Service is good. As there is drinking water crisis in Goa, u get only 1 bottle per day drinking water free. Additional charges for extra bottle. There was no hanger in washroom, no bath mat in my room. These are some essentials that they should hv provided. Hope they add after my review. Breakfast was also good. They even can arrange for bike/taxi hire. Overall stay at Poornima was very nice. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.
