Pooram Bakers & Sn Restaurant - Bakery and Cake Shop in Pandalam - Pathanamthitta, India

My recent visit to the restaurant and bakery in Adur was an absolute delight. We decided to try the Kizhi Biryani, and although the server suggested one portion would suffice for both of us, we found his honesty and consideration quite refreshing. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It's rare to find such genuine and welcoming service in every restaurant. The biryani itself was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. The overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend trying their biryani - it's a taste sensation! Looking forward to more visits in the future

Very bad experience *Earlier the shawarma used to be nice but now nothing is good. All products are high priced when comparing to other bakers. *They charge cold rubber porotta for 12rupees where as the local shops charges hot and chewy porotta for just 10rupees and that too with great curry. * for packed foods the shop is just okay for others I won't suggest this hotel to anyone. * tried kizhi biriyani for 200rupees per biriyani. It is one of the worst biriyani which I had. Will not recommend to anyone. Better to buy their normal biriyani. Their so called kizhi biriyani does not have any flavour and tastes awful

Very bad service and place. Used to be very good 4-5 years back. I'm posting this review in 2023. As of now, it is just pathetic. Ordered a fruit salad and all it had was banana pieces and 4-5 cornflakes. No dry fruits or nothing. Way too much of tutti fruti. Very bad quality. After reporting the issue they didn't even try to make anything better. Please don't visit. Nowadays they are getting lot's of customers so they are not taking any efforts at all. Shakes also are served in the slimmest glasses possible to decrease the quantity. And as for quality, it's a joke. Place is good for pre packed snacks. But shakes and sandwiches are really bad. I used to be a back to back customer before 4 years and now they have lost me as a customer forever. Never going back there and would suggest everyone to not go either.

With a huge variety of food items from sweets to Arabian dishes, this restaurant offers neat dining and tasty food. This is a moderately crowder restaurant with more than 50 seats for dining. The hand wash place is small, i couldn't find a restroom here. The road in front of the restaurant is parking allowed.

It's a little hard to find this restaurant from the main road. However if you were to look for SN bakery then this restaurant is right above it, accessible from inside the bakery via stairs. The food is good though not excellent. The staff is not very responsive , could be because the place is crowded. There is a lot on the menu so it may take time for you to choose something. They do have an A/C cabin for family dining. The place is moderately hygienic and ambience is good enough. There is no car parking.

Dined in the restaurant.. Porotta was the worst (so chewy and not hot too).. Worst one I had in recent times. I couldnot find a good meat piece in Duck Roast ( but the gravy was so tasty).. Noodles was also so good.. no exclusive parking space..Had to park in a distance by road side

Situated in the heart of Pandalam, this eatery is usually the first choice for many, mainly because of its location and history. There's too much rush especially in the afternoon hours and usually the customer service is poor, probably because of lack of enough staff. I don't find the shakes they serve delectable. The snacks aren't appetizing either. There are enough tables here and those wanting to have full meals can take the stairs to the restaurant. Many varieties of packaged snacks are available. The place is located near the junction, in proximity to the private bus stand. Also, you may find it difficult to park your four wheeler because there is no separate parking space available.
