Really bad experience. With customers, the staffs are fear of the management and the management idots are not responding. The security guys didn't even care of the customers. A very good showroom with excellent collections of sarees or all ranges. The staff and management are Co operative and very good. One of the best textile showrooms (though a smaller one) we have seen in Ernakulam District.
I did an online purchase, a saree. Their website says contact the provided whatsapp number and they will help to select the matching blouse piece. Accordingly I contacted the number on 17th . They said ok but never came back. I made a follow up on 24th October and there was no response. I made another follow up on November 9th and they said the order was dispatched. I asked why it was so because they never came back to me on the blouse piece. They said it was because it was a rare color. It is so unfortunate that they never informed me until I followed up a second time. They could have informed me that they are unable to find a matching blouse piece and my order is being dispatched without that. An unpleasant shopping experience.
