Money grab. Knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff but do not visit if you want quality care from professionals. I went to get small warts and moles removed from my face. I was told by the doctor that they can remove both using a fine laser. They sent me to a different room to start the process and applied lidocaine (negligible amounts that didn't even amount to half a 10 gram tube was applied on the affected areas in my neck and face). This is a local anesthetic that we thought would be included in the cost of the procedure (as that logically makes the most sense). However, the cost of this was an additional Rs.200 on top of the cost of the procedure which was Rs.6500 for face, neck and a three spots near armpit, which is an excessive amount considering that that I did not have many warts and spots as mentioned by the doctor itself. Extremely unprofessional as I was made to wait for over an hour in the room near the doctors consulting office. Doctor was still seeing other patients in her room while I waited. They even let other patients come into the laser room and treated them while I was waiting there with lidocaine and bandages on my face. Do not expect respect for patient privacy. Procedure itself lasted less than 15 mins where I was told by the doctor that only warts will be removed (changes to the originally promised service AFTER I've already been prepped and laid out on the doctors table leaving me little choice but to go ahead). Waste of money and time.
Business minded. Whatever u did in other hospital it's 3 times more here. First question they ask what they charge u in that hospital, then they had their group discussion, then came with 3times more amount.

Doctors treatment is really fab and efficient ... :)going here past 5 years... main all the four doctors are kind understanding and joyfully talk to us . They deal with all different patients in a good mindset and respect them .They makes us feel comfortable and assure us the consent before treating us and explain the procedure and give us options and the time to decide.they literally communicate with us well . The medical treatment ,results, ethics,attitude and doctor patient trust is awesome here .. during this covid time extra cares are really taken in a high way here ..... peace
