Rooms are not maintained.... Choked flush... Red ants were running in the rooms....spider webs in the rooms...no soap.. no towels... Most ordinari jaipuri bed sheets... Hardest possible pillow with smell... If you use blanket provided in the room ... May go unconscious... Bitter experience...

Don't waste your money and mental piece here. 1. Pathetic services and staff: didn't even bother to provide keys of locks of rooms (bride and groom) and after calling they denied to help (including the owner) 2. Pathetic management: not at all supportive and behaves like they are the bosses and we are servants. 3. Not clean at all. 4. Staff members are professional thieves (works as a team) our mobile got lost and found in the pocket of one of the staff member and others were trying to hide it 5. Just before wedding day the geysers from the rooms of bride and groom's were taken down without even informing and it was a winter wedding and owner wasn't even bothering to take it seriously. 6. Owner and staff is not at all supportive when it comes to decoration and other management. Off course we take services from different organisers as per our choices but everyone there was complaining about support.. from decorators to caterers. 7. Just because the space and infrastructure is good, please don't waste your money here. The way they behave after giving ample amount of money is pathetic and not less than harrasment. 8. I agree it's a business. Just putting on generator for a second will cost you 5k and lift will cost you 3.5k but atleast provide that level of service too. 9. Owner should be polite and helpful. Should visit the place atleast once to see what their staff is doing and not just for money. 10. The staff should be more professional, polite, helpful and well trained.
