They cheated us of our gold. Wrongly calculated the amount of gold and the fair price of the gold we sold. When pointed that out they were rude since we asked questions. We were told our our order would be ready in 8 days, but after constant followups and visits for more than a month and a half, the order was still not ready and they were obviously very rude, did not even bother to give us a call. After cancelling the order, they charged us a hefty cancellation fee, which was because of their mess up in the first place. Think again before you order or buy from here.
