Sorry to say this,but this is what want to bring to others notice. I say this is a complete corporate hospital, they did endoscopy,then sent it to another department for sonography,then sonography doctor sent it to another department and so on... Ideally they should start with medicines and then do other testing. I found that, when they know if a patient is rich they suck patient in all ways. Please note this is personal experience, I'm sure there must be good doctors as well.

My experience with this hospital is not so good,I found general ward staff is little irresponsible. They even don't know their duty. Their behaviour and patient handling is very poor. Never recommend to anyone.

Less support I received from staf and somewhere rude behaviour. Trainee doctors doesn't have sense to talk with patient. They are not polite. Not everyone but mostly people are arrogant. I would give 1/10 for cleanliness. Lack of facilities. No any single washroom has handwash to clean hands. Hygiene is not their priority at all. I would forcely recommend some modifications and and renovation in hospital. I was struggling to get semi private room entire day and did not receive it. I was often asking about rooms but they haven't supported. I get frustrated over here though I have to survive only 48 hours.

No wonder why this hospital hs got more one star. My reason for giving it a 2 stars is just because they accepted my request over phone to book an urgent appointment. I appreciate it but at the same time I experienced most of the staff being so rude, they behaved like they are the doctors especially staff on 2nd floor OPD reception. I hope the authorities give them some kind of training on how to talk and behave with patients and people visiting hospital.

Treatment for my father was excellent by Dr but the management was very very bad. Insurance team is not at all proper. And the very sad thing is that the many peoples have given their bad review still their is no improvement.it is very bad for the future of the hospital

Horrible experience heard from this hospital since years. I have never seen any patient in critical condition come out alive from here. The hospital is very money minded, the staff is modest and nice as trained to. This hospital can suggest unnecessary tests and treatments especially if you have mediclaim. Insurance companies should Blacklist this hospital.

If hospital finds you are able to pay for the over priced test/MRI without negotiating for the charges, then this hospital is money sucking place. Residents in the hospital are suggesting some unnecessary test and trying waste time to just pass the time so that you will be charged more. I dont understand if doctor says patient is serious and when I dont see the medication started ASAP then it clearly indicates that doctors in hospital are creating hype about the situation. You will get good attention only if you know someone there else main doctor will not bother to give a visit to patient and there is a lot of information loss since most instruction move from main doctor to resident and from resident to the ward sister. I have observed that sisters in ward are not fully reading the information and instruction medication based on their intuition. There might be some good doctors but the one I came across are not in that category.

Pathetic insurance support. They will make you pay upfront even if you have cashless insurance. They don't send required documents to the insurance company on time and ask you to pay because of the delay in receiving payment from the company. Also, young doctors here are unethical, and will always prescribe costly medicines to get commissions. The hospital doesn't accept payments via QR code which makes the process tedious.
