I'll definitely recommend this place to visit and stay because it was very wonderful environment and surroundings although the pure air peace and calm nature brings you a another level feelings.I prefer choose a stay here rather than Kodaikanal.

Stunning view of the hills and the village of Poombarai seen from the road side. People at times park irresponsibly without caring for other motorist which can be catastrophic, especially in this terrain. There are places where you can safely park your vehicles and enjoy these stunning views.

A nice viewpoint with decent parking space considering the road and location. You can capture nice landscape shots of village and farming lands. One of the best viewpoints in the route. The problem is you may get confused thinking to stop or not in this place as it appears suddenly after a curve and on the right side of the road when going up. We made a decision to pull over as soon as we found out it is a view point. You know what, it didn't disappoint us. Indeed we spend some time enjoying the view and taking photos.

This waterfall has its own scenic beauty. There are a number of small shops near this waterfall, where they sell noodles, snack items, bread omelette, etc.. The parking will be a challenge if visiting during the season.
The view is good though it wad very foggy and we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we thought we would. Interestingly, the site was once named Suicide Point which gave it a grim history.
